Wrong, Fictitious, Altered or Obscured License Plate
At about 6 p.m. deputies arrested 20-year-old Matthew Koldin Hissam, at 401 FM 1187 in Aledo, for the offense of wrong, fictitious, altered or obscured license plate. Deputies took possession of a fictitious registration sticker affixed to the front windshield of Hissam’s vehicle that was not registered to the vehicle Hissam was operating. Hissam’s vehicle was towed, and Hissam transported to the Parker County Jail.
Possession of a Controlled Substance
Shortly after 3 p.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 100 block of Meadow Lane, Aledo, in reference to suspicious persons. The deputy made contact with 19-year-old Blaine Edmond and 19-year-old Joshua Ward, who possessed a package of “Scentsi Star,” a synthetic cannabinoid. Both subjects were arrested for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2-A, and Ward was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 and reports were filed for the offenses. Both subjects were transported to Parker County Jail.
At a little after 10 a.m. deputies responded to the 9200 block of McDaniel Road, Aledo, in reference to a theft. Deputies met with the 39-year-old complainant, who stated that an unknown suspect had taken copper wire from a cell tower belonging to AT&T.
A deputy met with a female complainant at the Parker County Sheriff’s Office in reference to harassment. The complainant, of Yates Circle, Aledo, said a known suspect has made repeated phone calls that the complainant finds annoying and harassing.
A deputy met with a male complainant at the Parker County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a theft. The complainant, who lives in the 300 block of McClendon Walker Road, Aledo, stated that an unknown suspect had taken his trailer. The case was forwarded to investigators.
About 7:30 a.m. deputies responded to the 9600 block of E. Bankhead, Aledo, in reference to a theft. Deputies met with the complainant, the project manager of McMahon Contracting, who stated that the previous evening between 5 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. an unknown suspect stole 1,550 gallons of red diesel. A case/investigation was generated.
