CHELSEA L. MCGOWAN/DEMOCRAT PHOTO JoAnn Barnhart, postmaster at Millsap, retired Friday after 42 years with the United States Postal Service. All day long members of the community stopped by the post office to deliver gifts, share cookies and make sure Barnhart knew she would be missed.
