Lois Beck

Lois Beck, 69, passed away Monday, Jan. 19, 2010 in Weatherford.

At the request of Mrs. Beck, no services were to be held.

Lois was born Oct. 7, 1940 in Uniontown, Pa. She served in the U.S. Army, where she met and married her husband, Bobby Beck. After

completing their military service, Bobby and Lois moved to Texas. Lois loved to garden and quilt, but most of all she loved all her animals. She was preceded in death by her son, Aron; and parents, Floyd and Dorthy Gaskill of Uniontown, Pa.

Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Bobby Beck;  extended family, Stacy and Teresa Bingham and their three children; several aunts and uncles in Pennsylvania; and her beloved pets. She will be missed by all.

Nothing. There have always been gay cadets, they just haven't been open.
