Department of Public Safety Senior Trooper Earl ‘Dub’ Gillum removes handcuffs from the wrists of Brock High School senior Jack Palmer to allow him to sit in front of a coffin and watch Thursday’s ‘Shattered Dreams’ program. As part of the program, Jack portrayed in a video a drunken teen driver involved in a crash that killed fellow senior Abbey Drillette and seriously injured two other schoolmates.
