Seasons end for Ladycats, Lady Eagles - The Colony’s volleyball team swept past Aledo in three games, 26-24, 26-24, 25-23, in a bi-district round playoff match at Southlake Carroll, Tuesday night. The Colony advances to the area round, facing Granbury. Henrietta dropped the first game Tuesday against Brock in the Region I-2A bi-district match, but came back for a 24-26, 25-15, 25-14, 25-19 victory. Henrietta plays San Angelo Grape Creek Thursday, in the area round. Aledo is pictured in a game earlier this season.
