Blue Belles offer dance clinic Monday
WEATHERFORD — Annual Junior Dance Clinic, hosted by The Weatherford Blue Belles Dance Team, is scheduled Monday, Jan. 19.
The clinic is for WISD students, ages kindergarten through 12th grade.
The day’s events will be as follows:
n 8:30 to 9 a.m. – Registration at WHS Gym Foyer
n 9 to 9:30 a.m. – Stretching/Dance Fundamentals
n 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. – Learn Performance Dance (all ages)
(Dance opportunity will be the next day, Jan. 22, at the Kangaroo Varsity Basketball Games)
n 11:30 a.m. to noon – Sandwich Lunch Provided
n noon to 1:15 p.m. – Specialty classes in Jazz/Hip-Hop/Pom
(Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels offered)
n 1:15- to 2 p.m. – Review of all dances learned
n 2 to 2:30 p.m. – Show-offs for parents & friends
n Awards and Dismissal
Cost for the Clinic is $30 including dance instruction, lunch certificate, T-shirt and optional performance opportunity.

Entry forms are available at all WISD campuses in the main office. Participants can mail in their entry form to WHS or register at the door on the day of the clinic.
