WEATHERFORD — The Healthy Woman group at Weatherford Regional Medical Center will host a pajama party from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 21, as they discuss healthy sleeping habits and learn more about sleep disorders.
The event will take place at Lone Star Medical Plaza in Willow Park on the south Interstate 20 service road near Ranch House Road.
Wine and cheese will be served along with other slumber party snacks. Door prizes will be given away.
Dr. Olusegun Oseni will discuss sleep disorders including apnea, insomnia, restless leg syndrome and sleep-related problems due to aging and pregnancy. He will also talk about maintaining healthy sleep habits to ensure optimal rest, which may improve cognitive and functional capabilities.
