WEATHERFORD —
WEATHERFORD — A favorite returns to the Weatherford Public Library Thursday.
Jungle Jim will dazzle kids and adults alike with an impressive collection of wild animals and an encyclopedic knowledge of their lives and habits.
The show may be called Jungle Jim’s Bugs, but patrons will find so much more — reptiles, amphibians and a vast collection of beautifully preserved specimens.
Teaching respect for the animal world and sparking a desire to learn, Jungle Jim’s program also meets many state educational requirements.
Due to the expected popularity of this event, Jungle Jim’s Bugs has been scheduled for two shows — one at 9:30 a.m. and a second at 11 a.m.
Patrons must pick up tickets in advance for each person planning to attend — these tickets are free and serve as reminders for the show date and time chosen. Stop by the library to pick up tickets and remember to bring them to the show of your choice, as they will be collected by staff.
For more information, visit Jungle Jim on the web at www.junglejimsbugs.com.
These programs are presented by the Weatherford Public Library with the assistance of its many partners. No reservations or fees are required, but if a large group is interested in attending, advanced notice is appreciated.
