Center gathering socks for soldiers

WEATHERFORD — WEATHERFORD — Wright Chiropractic Health Center is participating in Operation Foot Care Patrol through the AdoptaPlatoon organization. Through the month of July, the chiropractic office will collect new boot-length socks, foot powder, athlete’s food powder or cream, cooling foot lotion, nail clippers and other foot care items.

They are also asking everyone to write a letter or note to a solder to let them know they are through about and appreciated.

The platoon sponsored by Wright Chiropractic has 30 soldiers who are currently deployed to Afghanistan.
