Sheriff’s Activity Call Log for March 5, through March 7, 2010.



March 6, 2010:

Theft of property – 2500 block of Azle Highway, Weatherford.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the property and stole a hydraulic auger with a rock bit.

Burglary of a building – 1000 Chilton, Weatherford.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered a barn and stole a steam engine, and entered a second barn and stole an antique bench grinder.

Criminal mischief – Kara Court and FM 5, Aledo.

The complainant reported two suspects had been “mudding” on the property, causing damage to the lots.

Harassment – 129 Hogle Street, Weatherford.

The complainant reported a known suspect has been placing several harassing phone calls to her cell phone.

Criminal mischief – 2800 block of Highway 199 East, Springtown.

The complainant reported an unknown suspect threw an item out of the window, shattering the complainant’s windshield, while traveling east on Highway 199.



March 7, 2010:

Abuse Call to 9-1-1 – 129 Hogle Street, Weatherford.

While on routine patrol, deputies were dispatched to Interstate 30, west of exit 1B, where dispatchers reported several 9-1-1 abuse calls came from a cell phone in that area. No suspect was located.

Theft – 15800 block of Highway 377, South, Fort Worth, Parker County.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the property and stole a utility vehicle, a service truck, a welding machine, a crane, various chains and binders, an impact tool, a compressor, a tool box filled with various hand tools, three generators, three sets of torches, three bottles of acetylene, three bottles of oxygen, an undetermined amount of coins from a vending machine, meat from a freezer, a pickup truck and a utility trailer.

Domestic violence – 2700 block of FM 920, Weatherford.

The complainant reported she and her spouse had been arguing when he assaulted her and a family member. The suspect was arrested, charged with assault causes bodily injury family violence and was taken to Parker County Jail.

Burglary of a building – 400 block of Caraway Lane, Weatherford.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the building and stole a helmet, a DVD player, cookware and documents.

Theft of property – 129 Hogle St., Weatherford.

The complainant reported a known suspect stole his cell phone and had changed the number, assuming service.

The complainant reported she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend during an argument.

Burglary of a habitation – 800 block of Windsor Lane, Springtown.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the residence. No items were reported stolen.

Harassment – 129 Hogle St., Weatherford.

The complainant reported a suspect made a harassing phone call and left a threatening message.

Burglary of a habitation – 100 block of Tealwood Lane, Aledo.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the property and stole a washer, a dryer, a gas range, two water heaters and a wine cooler storage unit.

Burglary of a habitation – 100 block of Jake Street, Springtown.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole a bow with arrows, a rifle, miscellaneous DVD and VHS movies, a converter box, an antenna, a small tool box with tools, change, clothing, towels, CDs, a blanket, hair accessories and a gas can.

Domestic disturbance – 1800 block of Newsome Mound Road, Springtown.

The complainant reported she and her spouse had been arguing. No assaults were reported.

Domestic disturbance – 2200 block of Gregg Street, Azle.

The complainant reported two family members were arguing. No assaults were reported. 

Domestic violence – 1800 block of North Main Street, Weatherford.

The complainant reported she and her boyfriend had been arguing and he refused to let her out of the vehicle. She further reported he placed numerous harassing text messages and phone calls to her cell phone.

Fraud use possession of identifying information – 129 Hogle St., Weatherford.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) used his identifying information to make an unauthorized purchase at a local business.

Domestic violence – 500 block of Old Annetta Road, Aledo.

The complainant reported a family member assaulted her during a dispute and threatened her with a knife. The suspect was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Domestic violence – 7000 block of Apache Trail, Weatherford.

The complainant reported her spouse assaulted her during an argument. She did not wish to pursue charges.

Domestic violence – 100 block of Aledo Ridge Road, Aledo.

The complainant reported a family member assaulted her during an argument and kept her from calling 9-1-1. The parties separated to end the dispute.
