WEATHERFORD —

Linda S. Brown recently sent in a picture of the family’s barn cat and guinea. The feline and fowl are best buds, said Brown.

In the photo, Major Tom (the cat) and Mo (the guinea) are taking a break after a hard day’s work in the field.

“Ahhhhh, nothing sleeps like a Deere,” Brown, a Weatherford resident, joked.
