Deacon Calvin Gene Brown Sr. was born April 13, 1955 and departed from this earthly home on Sept. 21, 2012.
Calvin was born and raised in Ft. Worth, Texas, to Bobbie Jean Shipp and Clinton Brown. At the time of his death, Calvin was a dedicated management team member of Brookshire’s.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories his beloved wife, Michaelle Brown; six children, Tanesha (Darryl) Williams, Calvin (Misty) Brown Jr., Nikkia Brown, Anthony (Amanda) Andrews, Marcus Brown and Ryan Andrews; three siblings, Ladonna (David) Brown Briscoe, Sondra Lawton and Joseph (Vida) Lawton Jr.; and eight grandchildren.
Calvin’s homegoing will be celebrated at Mount Hermon Baptist Church at 4150 East Rosedale Ave., Ft. Worth, Texas 76105.
The wake will be held on Friday, Sept. 28 from 7 to 8 p.m.
Funeral services on Saturday, Sept. 29 begin at 11 a.m.
