Tommy Earl Cummings, 58, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012.
Tommy was born Sept. 1, 1954, in Olney, Texas, to B.T. and Laura Cummings. He served in the United States Army. He worked at several nuclear power plants and he served as a quality control inspector for more than two decades.
He is preceded in death by his parents, B.T. Thomas Cummings and Laura Earline Perkins Cummings; sister, Vicki Savage, and grandparents, Gladys and Earl Perkins.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Cummings; son, Tommy Cummings; step-son, Jerod Smyrl; step-daughter, Lindsay Smyrl; sister, Stacie “Tuffy” Yeary and her husband, Kenny; grandson, Aidan Smyrl and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at Perkins Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
