Martha Lynn Springer

Martha Lynn Springer, 62, of Fort Worth, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 30, 2009. Martha was born April 25, 1947 in Texarkana, Ark.

Martha was a member of Grace First Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed quilting and was an active member of the Bear Creek Quilt Guild of Keller and Trinity Valley Quilters Guild of Fort Worth.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Mitchell Springer and Laverne Elizabeth Springer.

She is survived by son, William David Brooks Jr.; brother, Drew Alan Springer Sr. and wife Linda; and three granddaughters, Kasey, Miranda and Linzi Brooks.

Memorials can be made to the U.S. Charitable Gift Trust, P.O. Box 536, Weatherford, TX 76086 for Scleroderma research.
