John Daniel Doss II, age 24, of Weatherford, died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, in Springtown.
Service was Monday, Jan. 21, at North Side Baptist Church. Visitation was Sunday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
JD was born Jan. 25, 1988, in Weatherford. He was an apprentice lineman and loved fishing, woodworking, martial arts and music. He was a member of North Side Baptist Church.
JD is survived by his parents, Gene and Jennifer Doss, of Weatherford, Lisa G. Means, of Hudson Oaks, and stepmother Deborah Mann and husband, Gary, of Bedford; sisters, Miranda Doss, of Bedford, and Tisha Dillon and husband, Steve, of St. Augustine, Fla.; brother, Thomas Gould and wife, Val, Debora G. Boyd and Cody B. Heintz; nephews, Caleb and Declan, of Fort Worth; best friend, Rowdy Cerveny; grandmother, Donnell Doss, of Weatherford; grandmother, Bonnie S. Means; aunts and uncles, Abbe and Lisle Patton, Dana and Ronald McLaughlin, Neal and Brenda Doss, snf Randy and Kenneth Means; great-uncles, J.D. and Carrol Wehunt; niece and nephew, Dharma and Lucas Boyd; cousins, Micheal Doss and Krystopher Doss, Justen, Brittany and Cami Hinkle and Kevin, Cody, and Jeremy Perryman; along with numerous other relatives.
