Jo Ann Mulanax

 

Jo Ann Mulanax, 68, of Willow Park, passed away at home Friday, Jan. 25, 2013.

Jo Ann was born in Clarendon, TX, July 22, 1944.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Mulanax, of Willow Park; daughter, Kathy Mulanax; grandson, Chance Mulanax, of Aledo; son, Charlie Mulanax, daughter-in-law, Kim Mulanax, and grandson, Tristan Case, all of Broken Arrow, Ok.; brother, Richard Johnson, of Weatherford; and sister, Mildred Houghmaster, of Holly, Mich.

There will be no services, as it was Jo Ann’s wish to have her body donated to science at UT Dallas Medical.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jo Ann’s name to the American Heart Association.
