— Lucille “Lucy” Hamer Wiggins, 96, of Weatherford, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, in a local care facility.
A private graveside service will be held for the family. Lucy will be buried beside her husband, Joseph. Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Lucy was born Jan. 13, 1917, in Weatherford to Hiram and Daisy Hamer.
Mrs. Hamer was a member of the South Main Church of Christ, hospital auxiliary, Twentieth Century Club and The Order of The Eastern Star.
Survivors include her brother, Billy Mac Hamer, of Gainesville; and 15 nieces and nephews.
