Stanley Adon McCoy

— Stanley Adon McCoy, 71, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, in Mineral Wells.

Stanley was born March 12, 1941, in Palo Pinto County to J.T. and Veva McCoy. He was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and Salesville. Stanley loved his country life and driving his truck.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Tim McCoy; stepson, Jason Savage; and father-in-law, Alvin Holmes.

Survivors include his wife, Joann McCoy; children, Cindy Thornton and husband, Mark, Amy McCoy and husband, Jason Dildilian, and LeeAnn McCoy; grandchildren, Sheri Whisenhunt, Colton Gibbs, Andrew Jenkins, Joey Hernandez, Dillon Gibbs, Keaton Schmitz, Galvin Davis, Kylie Dildilian, Kynlie Dildilian; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Rickey McCoy and Sherman McCoy; sisters, Carolyn Hogg, Bobbi Coen and Bonnie Moore; and numerous nieces and nephews.   

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Fortune Bend Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at White’s Funeral Home.
