WEATHERFORD —
Barbara Jean Richards, 77, died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012.
Barbara was born Oct. 11, 1934 in Weatherford to Albert and Iva Erwin. She was a lifelong resident of Weatherford, a beloved mother, grandmother and a Baptist. Barbara was loved by all that knew her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie “Bill” Lee Richards; and sons, Billie Wayne, Tommy Lee and Jimmy Don.
Barbara is survived by her daughters, Connie Marie Richards and husband, Jim Downs and Kathryn Jean Robinson; and brother, Kenneth Erwin, all of Weatherford.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012 at Oakland Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel.
