FORT WORTH – Jenny Williams, 55, died Sunday evening, March 3, 2013, from stroke complications a week earlier.
Service is 2 p.m. Friday, March 8, at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Tim Jarrell of Couts United Methodist Church, of Weatherford, officiating. Visitation and celebration of Jenny's life is 6-8 p.m. Thursday, with refreshments, at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel.
Jenny was born in Fort Worth. She was the daughter of Susan M. and Morris S. Williams. Jenny graduated from Eastern Hills High School in 1975 and Texas Woman's University in 1981 with a BSRN degree. Her life was spent as a surgical registered nurse with a special love for orthopedics.
Survivors include her daughter, Natalie Cortez, of Weatherford; mother, Susan M. Williams, of Weatherford; brother, Jay L. Williams, of Roanoke, Va., and his family, wife, Stephanie, and children, Leah, Kara and Reid; sister, Karrie and her son, John R. Gross, of Austin.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to a charity of choice. Acknowledgement to her family.
