Robert Lee Kirby

WEATHERFORD —  

Robert Lee Kirby passed away Nov. 25, 2012, in Ennis, Texas. 

Born Oct. 25, 1921, he was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Navy. He retired from Sears Roebuck & Co., where he had worked for many years. He was a lifelong member of the Odd Fellows where he held the position of Treasurer and became Treasure Emeritus.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Addie Kirby; three sisters; two brothers and his parents. 

He is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends. 

Visitation will be 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, at Grove Hill Funeral Home. 

Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
