Joshua Holt Snell, 18, of Mineral Wells, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, in Mineral Wells. Joshua was born Feb. 15, 1994 in Weatherford, Texas.
Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at Our Lady Lourdes Catholic Church in Mineral Wells. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in Weatherford.
He was a 2012 graduate from Mineral Wells High school, and was a certified lifeguard for the City of Mineral Wells YMCA. He was also a member of the Mixed Martial Arts Club of Fort Worth, loved weight lifting, soccer, football and swimming, and was a member of Our Lady Lourdes Catholic Church.
He is survived by his father, Patrick Snell and wife, Michelle, of Mineral Wells; mother, Peggy Price and husband, Doug, of Foley, Ala.; paternal grandparents, Patrick W. and Tarania Snell of Grand Prairie and Ray and Dominga Madrigal of Mineral Wells; maternal grandparents, Vali and Melvin Herrington Saucer of Mobile, Ala.; brothers, William Snell and Matthew Silva both of Mineral Wells; three half brothers and one half sister; numerous other relatives and friends.
