Jesse (Jess) Wade Barnes

Jesse (Jess) Wade Barnes, 70, died Feb. 22, 2013.

Memorial service is 10:30 a.m. Sunday, March 3, at First Presbyterian Church in Deming, N.M.

Jess was a decorated Navy medic and a lifelong farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Dannelle Durrett Barnes; sister, Donna Morris, of Spring; sister, Terri Thomas, of Houston; son, Doug Barnes, of Hope, Ark.; daughter, Debbie Carr, of Hope, Ark.; stepson, Tracy Calhoun, of Little Elm; and stepdaughter Jennifer Miller, of Cypress.
