Wanda Lee Smith

WEATHERFORD — Wanda Lee Smith died Monday, March 8, 2010 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was 69.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Cottonwood Cemetery in Bryson, Texas. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Family visitation is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Smith was born June 18, 1940 in Jack County, Texas, to Francis M. Jennings and Bertha Mae (Dillard) Jennings. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband, Carlos Smith of Aledo, Texas; two sons, John Hedrick, Charles Smith and wife, Ty Ann, of Aledo; three daughters, Carla Staats and husband, Darin, of White Settlement, Texas., Melissa Pool and husband, Kenneth, of Benbrook, Texas, and Melanie Johns and husband, Reginald, of Benbrook; brother, Billy J. Jennings and wife, Dink, of New Braunfels, Texas; sister, Dorothy Jean of Oklahoma City, Okla.; and 10 grandchildren.
