Sheriff’s Activity Call Log for June 12 through June 14, 2009.
Deputies investigated a theft call June 11 in the 100 block of Kelly Court in Azle. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole a package mailed to her home from her porch.
Deputies investigated a theft call in the 100 block of Angela Street in Azle June 12. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole a racing trailer from his property.
Deputies investigated a theft recovery call in the 2900 block of FM 920 June 13. The complainant reported he received a letter informing him of his trailer which was impounded by a local wrecker service. The trailer had been reported as abandoned by the Department of Public Safety June 7, and was towed to the service location. The complainant reported the trailer stolen from his property June 12.
Deputies investigated burglary of a vehicle call June 13 in the 1300 block of North West Parkway in Azle. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) damaged a company vehicle by shattering the driver’s front door window. Nothing was reportedly missing from the vehicle.
Deputies investigated an unauthorized use of a vehicle call June 12 in the 100 block of La Arroya Drive. The complainant reported her roommate borrowed her vehicle and did not return it by the time promised.
Deputies investigated a theft call June 13 in the 3000 block of Interstate 20 in Weatherford at Teskey’s Western Store. The complainant reported an off-duty officer hired for security at the store observed a man take a pair of children’s spurs and attempted to leave the store without paying for them. The man was issued a citation and charged with theft of property under $50. The suspect was escorted from the property and given a criminal trespass warning for the business location.
Deputies investigated a theft call June 13 in the 1200 block of Murl’s Lake in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered her driveway and stole two fishing poles from the bed of a pickup truck on her property.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a building call June 13 in the 3500 block of Oak Drive in Weatherford. The complainant reported he observed two males loading items from the property into a truck parked in the driveway. The suspects fled the scene before deputies arrived.
Deputies investigated an aggravated assault call, causing serious bodily injury, June 13 in the 700 block of Lake Country Drive in Weatherford. The complainant reported a known suspect hit him in the mouth, causing his teeth to be knocked out and leaving the scene before deputies arrived. The victim was taken to a local emergency room.
Deputies investigated an abandoned vehicle call June 13 at the intersection of Midway Road and Highland Circle in Springtown. The complainant reported a vehicle was left in the middle of the road, unoccupied. Deputies attempted to make contact with the registered owner and were unsuccessful. Deputies also contacted a local wrecking service and had the car towed from the scene.
Deputies investigated an assault family violence call June 13 in the 300 block of Western Lake Drive in Weatherford. The complainant reported her husband attempted to assault her and her daughter with a hammer. The suspect fled the area before deputies arrived on scene.
Deputies investigated a disturbance call at a church in the 2800 block of Tin Top Road June 14. The complainant reported a suspect entered the church, causing a disturbance, but fled the scene before deputies arrived.
Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call June 13 in the 600 block of Wright Lane in Azle. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) damaged his property by driving through two barbed wire fences and left the gate open.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a building call June 14 in the 100 block of Coy Road in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) forcefully entered his property and stole a television.
Deputies investigated a theft of property call June 14 in the 100 block of Suncrest Drive in Springtown. The complainant reported numerous coins stolen from his residence.
Deputies investigated an assault call June 14 in the 100 block of Briar Oaks Drive in Azle. The complainant reported two family members assaulted him during a confrontation. The suspects fled the scene before deputies arrived.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a vehicle June 14 in the 1900 block of North Main Street in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) forcefully entered his vehicle by breaking out the rear glass and stole two subwoofers, an amplifier and a CD/DVD combination player.

Deputies investigated a prowler call June 15 in the 1100 block of Brandon Bridge Circle in Millsap. The complainant reported persons at a residence who did not have permission to be there. The subjects were given a verbal trespass warning.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a building call June 15 in the 300 block of Windsor in Springtown. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered his place of business and stole a mobile broad band device, six flash drives, a router bit set and six table saw blades.
Deputies investigated an assault call June 15 in the 100 block of Live Oak Lane in Springtown. The complainant reported he and his wife were verbally arguing, which led to a physical altercation, where his wife struck him in the face several times.
Deputies investigated a theft of property call June 15 in the 2200 block of Marilyn Street in Weatherford. The complainant reported a known suspect stole a walker.
Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call June 15 in the 100 block of Hilltop Meadows Drive in Springtown. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) shot her residence and yard with paintballs.
Deputies investigated an assault call June 15 in the 3000 block of Jaybird Lane in Springtown. The complainants (a son and father) reported they were arguing when the confrontation became physical and each claimed the other assaulted them.
Deputies investigated an assault call June 15. The complainant reported her former boyfriend assaulted her in the 1200 block of Wilson Bend Road in Millsap after an argument.
Deputies investigated a theft of property call June 15 in the 100 bloc of Mission Road in Weatherford. The complainant reported a suspect stole three items of jewelry from her residence.
Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call June 15 in the 100 block of Suncrest Drive in Springtown. The complainant reported suspect(s) busted the mirrors and a window out in a business truck.
Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call June 15 in the 200 block of Cornstubble Lane in Weatherford. The complainant reported sometime prior to the offense date, unknown suspect(s) damaged her motorcycle by breaking off the blinker lights, breaking the speedometer, flattened the tires and caused a dent in the body of the motorcycle.
Deputies investigated a criminal trespass call June 15 in the 3500 block of Oak Drive in Weatherford. The compliant reported a male suspect was inside a home and did not have permission to be there. The subject could not be located.
Sheriff’s Activity Call Log for June 16, 2009.
Deputies investigated an abandoned vehicle call June 16 in the 100 block of Jenkins Bluff Road in Weatherford. An expired tow sticker was placed on the vehicle June 13.
Deputies investigated a theft of property call June 16 where the complainant reported a known acquaintance accepted payment in return for a work service at her home and has not performed the work and refused to return the money.
Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call June 16 in the 100 block of Tumbleweed Drive in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered private property and damaged the Western Lake Estates clubhouse door frame.
Deputies investigated an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon call June 16 in the 200 block of Angus Drive in Weatherford. The complainant reported he and his wife were engaged in a verbal dispute when she assaulted him physically and by striking his side with a van.
Deputies investigated a criminal trespass call June 16 in the 100 block of Silent Springs Court in Weatherford. The complainants reported they heard a noise coming from the bedroom and the male owner grabbed a handgun, entered the room and noticed about eight children exiting a window. The man reported he fired a single shot in the dirt, but the children ages 8 to 18, continued to flee. No items were reportedly taken during the incident. A short time later, the children’s parents brought them to the home, where they had the children apologize and said they thought the home was abandoned.
Deputies investigated an assault causes bodily injury family violence call June 16 in the 1400 block of Timber Court in Azle. The complainant reported her spouse assaulted her after a verbal argument.
