Sheriff’s Activity Call Log for Sept. 23, 2009.

Assault causes bodily injury family violence – 4500 block of Midway Road, Weatherford.

The complainant reported a family member assaulted him over a dispute.

Harassment – 800 block of Monticello Drive, Springtown.

The complainant reported a known suspect has been making harassing phone calls to her.

Theft of property – 1800 block of Newsome Mound Road, Springtown.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole an undisclosed amount of cash from her purse.

Fraud use/possession of identifying information – 129 Hogle Street.

The complainant reported a known suspect used his debit card to pay for an electric bill.

Burglary of a vehicle – 16100 block of Highway 377, Cresson, Parker County.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) damaged her vehicle while breaking into it and stole a GPS system and a pair of walkie-talkies

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle – 4200 block of Erwin Road, Poolville.

The complainant reported a family member took his vehicle without permission. He did not wish to pursue charges unless the suspect did not return the vehicle.

Burglary of a habitation – 100 block of Alma Street, Azle.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered her residence and stole several CDs, DVDs, several dolls, three MP3 players, a video player, two cell phones and a Playstation 2 game system.

Found property – 100 block of Parkview Court, Springtown.

The complainant reported finding a driver’s license on his property.

Found property – 100 block of Lowery Circle, Springtown.

The complainant reported finding several tools on his property.

Disturbance – 7000 block of Apache Trail, Weatherford.

The complainant reported a family member had been drinking and threatening. The suspect was found to be in public while intoxicated and was placed under arrest.

Disturbance – 2300 block of Advance Road, Weatherford.

The complainant advised she and friends were helping her retrieve items from her residence when her spouse threatened them.

Assault causes bodily injury family violence – 100 block of Emerald Drive, Weatherford.

The complainant reported she and her boyfriend were arguing when he assaulted her.

Possession of marijuana/possession of a controlled substance – while assisting another officer on a traffic stop/welfare check, deputies arrested a man after they found the suspect to be in possession of suspected marijuana and Xanax pills during a search of his person.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle – 100 block of Lowery Circle, Azle.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) burglarized one of his vehicles then stole another vehicle which was later reported in a crash. The complainant reported a laptop computer, a wallet with an undisclosed amount of cash and a camera were missing from the vehicle.
