Sheriff’s Activity Call Log from Oct. 30 through Nov. 1, 2009.



Information report – 7000 block of Horseshoe Bend Trail, Weatherford.

The complainant reported questioning her neighbor about a recent burglary. The neighbor reported his step children found three DVDs on the ground outside. The items were returned to the owner.

Theft of property – 3000 block of Carter Road, Springtown.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the property and stole an ATV, a camera, a memory card and a tree deer stand.

Traffic stop – Highway 199 East, Springtown.

While on routine patrol deputies conducted a traffic stop, where they discovered two suspects in possession of marijuana. Both suspects were arrested and taken to jail.

Burglary of a habitation – 200 block of Luna Vista Drive, Fort Worth, Parker County.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole an undisclosed amount of cash, four money orders and two prescription medications.

Criminal mischief – 700 block of New Hope Road, Boyd, Parker County.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the property and damaged a window by breaking it.

Breech of computer security – 3600 block of Willow Street, Weatherford.

The complainant reported unknowns suspect(s) hacked into her computer and sent her a virus, damaging her hard drive.

Disturbance – 4400 block of East Highway 199, Springtown.

The complainant reported she was assaulted by her spouse during an argument.

Disturbance – 1000 block of Old Brock Road, Weatherford.

The complainants reported a family member assaulted them during a dispute.

Driving while intoxicated – FM 2257, Weatherford.

While on routine patrol, deputies observed a vehicle traveling westbound and conducted a traffic stop. The suspect appeared intoxicated and failed three field sobriety tests and an intoxilizer test. He was placed under arrest for DWI and for open container.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle – 7000 block of Apache Trail, Weatherford.

The complainant reported a known suspect took her vehicle without consent. The suspect was later found in Hudson Oaks and admitted to taking the truck without permission. He was arrested and taken to jail.

Criminal mischief – 500 block of Maddux Road, Weatherford.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered his property and damaged two fences by cutting them and stealing a gate.

Theft of property – 3700 block of Stonebridge Drive, Weatherford.

The complainant reported a family member stole miscellaneous jewelry from her residence and pawned them.

Criminal mischief – 300 block of Western Lakes Drive, Weatherford.

The complainant reported he was assaulted by a known suspect who damaged his vehicle by breaking the windshield during an argument.

Disturbance – 3700 block of Stonebridge Drive, Weatherford.

The complainant reported she was assaulted by a family member during an argument.

Theft of a firearm – 100 block of Williamsburg Lane, Springtown.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered his vehicle and stole a handgun, belt clip and a loaded magazine.

Theft – 6700 block of Old Springtown Road, Springtown.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered her property and stole an unknown amount of copper wiring, electrical casing and valance molding, while damaging property.

Burglary of a habitation – 6600 block of Midway Road, Springtown.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered his property, damaged a locked gate and stole a chainsaw, a floor jack, an air compressor, an edger and an electric drill.

Disturbance – 300 block of Pueblo Trail, Weatherford.

The complainant reported he was assaulted by a known suspect over a dispute. He also reported known suspects damaged three car windows by hitting them with a bat.

Theft – 100 block of Michael Lane, Weatherford.

The complainant reported a known suspect borrowed his vehicle and did not return it as promised.

Disturbance – 200 block of Wright Lane, Weatherford.

The complainant reported she was assaulted by her boyfriend during an argument.

Theft – 200 block of Big Salty Lane, Springtown.

The complainant reported an unknown suspect stole a propane tank from an adjacent vacant property.

Criminal trespass – 800 block of Jones Road, Weatherford.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) forcefully entered his residence and damaged a bed. No items were reported stolen.

Credit card or debit card abuse – 100 block of Aspen Loop, Aledo.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) had used her debit card to wire money out of the country without her permission.

Harassment – 100 block of North Avenue C, Springtown.

The complainant reported she has been receiving harassing text messages and e-mails from her ex-boyfriend.

Theft of property – 2700 block of West Highway 199, Springtown.

The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole prescription medication from he residence.
