The Coyotes celebrated Thanksgiving Eve with a 88-53 win over El Centro Wednesday, at Weatherford College. WC's Kenneth Stewart led the Coyotes with 24 points, while Jones and Sammy Yeager drained 18 points apiece in the non-conference win. The WC men return to the court Thursday, hosting Bacone at the Betty Jo Crumm Graber Center with a 7:30 p.m. tip. The WC women will meet the Lady Warriors of Bacone in a 5:30 opener.
