Former Frog, pro Cedric James to discuss ‘Faith and Football’

ALEDO – What are the hurdles on the road to a career in the National Football League? Is it possible to be a man or woman of faith and integrity in professional athletics?

Cedric James traveled this road. He played six years in the NFL after playing college ball at TCU. Hear James as he shares his experiences this Saturday at Aledo Church of Christ.

James will discuss his climb from Kennedale High School to being a member of the Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots. Join us as we hear of the role faith played in his journey. He will also display a number of unique items from his career and autograph pictures of his Super Bowl champion team.

James is scheduled to speak 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at the church, located at  201 FM 1187 South in Aledo. For questions contact Ron Buch at 817-903-1220.
