Tarzis, Holden get hitched

Angelique Tarzis and Keith R. Holden Jr. were wed Friday, Oct. 10, 2008 in an evening ceremony at the residence of Ronnie Campbell in Parker County. Sonny Buckingham officiated.

Angelique is the daughter of Kathy and the late Al Jones of Weatherford and Mike and Linda Tarzis of Sherman.

Keith is the son of Tim and Sheri Cummings of Kennedale and Lori and Keith R. Holden Sr. of Hudson Oaks.

The bride, escorted by her father, chose an ivory, floor-length, sleeveless gown with a beaded bodice. She carried a bouquet of burgundy and ivory roses, ivory calla lilies and baby’s breath.

The bride was attended by Trenna Hawkins.

Attending the groom was Todd Nelson.

Flowers for the bouquets and decorations were done by Kim Head of Weatherford.

Music was provided by Julie Royal, cousin of the bride.

A reception was held following the ceremony at the same location as the wedding.

The bride’s table included an ivory 3-tier cake covered in burgundy and ivory roses. The cake topper was a bronze sculpture of a bride and groom holding hands on two horses. The inscription read, “Two trails become one road.”

The couple will honeymoon at a later date.

The bride is employed by the Parker County Sheriff’s Office.

The groom is employed by Union Drilling.

A wedding shower was held at the home of Crystal Davis and was given by Trenna Hawkins and Crystal Davis.
